A/N: For the P100 challenge 470: Spring Cleaning. This is somewhat of a tangent to the prompt. Thanks go to Fred for saying it was OK.
Christine stalked from the ARC, vowing that the next time she set foot in there she wouldn't be vanquished so easily by James or his ragtag group of misfits. Really, she just couldn't understand why James had employed some of them or fathom how they'd managed to keep the anomalies out of the press.
Not that it would matter for long, not once she'd convinced the minister to place her in charge of the project. She smiled, the ARC was long overdue a severe pruning in personnel and she'd take great pleasure in being the one to oversee that process.
