Definition: Under the influence of alcohol.
James turned when he heard his name and found himself with an armful of very drunk Connor. A very drunk and very affectionate Connor whose hands were all over him and, for a moment, James forgot where he was... A wolf whistle and Lyle's suggestive remark shattered that moment and reminded James just where they were.
James did his best to subdue Connor before his lover's hands wandered into certain areas of his anatomy. Putting on his most authoritative expression, James fixed his staff with a piercing glare. “There will be consequences when I discover who spiked the Christmas Punch.”
