Nick shivered and shook beneath the covers, feeling so bloody miserable. It was just so bloody typical that he'd catch the bloody flu that had decimated the ARC while James was away. Not, he admitted, that James would be able to do much but...

He emerged from his blankets when the bedroom door opened, blinking blurry-eyes before smiling at James. He licked his lips when James began to strip before tightly grabbing the covers. “No, James. I don't want you to catch it.”

James shook his head. “I appear to be immune.”

“Lucky bastard,” Nick muttered before snuggling against James.
