Lester sighed as Lyle argued against going through the anomaly, he knew it was dangerous but what choice did they have. “We're not in the same world as the camps, Jon.”

“I had noticed that.”

Lester quirked an eyebrow. “I do the snark, Jon.”

“Its just... the anomalies are dangerous. Anything could lie beyond it and you're still hurt, if something’s waiting...”

“Are you thumbs itching?” Lester queried softly.

“No, but...”

“Jon, everything we do is dangerous. We'll never get home if we don't take risks.” He held out his hand to Lyle. “Now, let's see what waits for us.”
