Author: knitekat
Word Count: 100
Characters: Connor Temple
Rating: 15
Disclaimer: Primeval belongs to Impossible Pictures. Certainly not me. Writing for fun and will replace.
A/N: For the P100 challenge 271: Worst Day Ever. Part of my Making An Impression drabble series and follows Dealing With Problems. Um, what did you expect with this prompt? Thanks to Fred for looking it over for me, cheer m'dear.
Connor had been waiting for just the right moment to put his plan into action when the news came in. He just stared at Jess, seeing her lips move and the sorrow in her eyes before everything went black.
Connor's head ached and he wondered what creature had given him a concussion this time and then he remembered.
He barely made it to a bin in time.
Oh god. Could it actually be James?
Connor shook his head and winced. The body was so badly damaged and a wallet didn't really mean anything... but he wouldn't put it past Philip.
