James watched Steff drifted asleep before he leaned over and kissed her gently. As much as he wanted to just hold her tight in his arms, he couldn't.

He crept to the computer and logged on. He knew he had promised Steff he would stop looking, but how could he? What sort of man would he be if he just let her... James rubbed his eyes hard.

He wouldn't, couldn't give up. He had travelled to all corners of the globe in his previous job and had never failed in a task.

He wouldn't now.

He had to save Steff.
